August 24 this year. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted Resolution No. 515 «Decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 14, 2012 on invalidation №1596 «On approval of the Rules for carrying out inspections in central state authorities as well as in maslikhats and akimats of normative legal acts,subject to state registration» (further - the decision).

This decree provides for the expiration of the Government Decree of December 14, 2012 № 1596 «On approval of the Rules for carrying out inspections in central state authorities, as well as in maslikhats and akimats of normative legal acts, subject to state registration»,in connection with the fact that the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2018 «On introducing changes and amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the regulation of entrepreneurial activities» amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2002 «On the authorities of justice», according to which the competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval of the procedure for conducting inspections is excluded.

At the same time, inspections in the central state authorities,as well as in maslikhats and akimats, will be carried out by the justice authorities in accordance with the Entrepreneurship Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The above decision was put into effect on August 24 of this year.
