ANNOUNCEMENT about the accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Rules for Conducting Accreditation of Associations of Entities of Private Entrepreneurship,approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
of December 28, 2015 № 1089 (further - Rules),informs about the accreditation for the recognition of the right associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship for carrying out within the framework of the activities of the expert council on business of examination of draft normative legal acts,affecting interests of subjects of private entrepreneurship.List of documents required for accreditation:1)application in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules;2)notarized copies of constituent documents and certificate or certificate of state registration (re-registration) association as a legal entity,in case of failure to present the original for verification;Note:* certificate of state (accounting) registration (re-registration) legal entity,issued prior to the enactment of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2012 «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of state registration of legal entities and registration of branches and representative offices», is valid until the termination of the activities of a legal entity.3) list of members of the association.                                                             The deadline for receiving documents for accreditation is September 24, 2018.The full package for participation in accreditation is submitted to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address: Astana, the House of Ministries building, 13th entrance (office).For more information, please call: 740609.
