An offsite meeting on optimization of services in the field of intellectual property took place

September 5, 2018 in RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" (further - RSE "NIIS") under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A.K. Zhumagaliyev held an exit meeting on the optimization of services in the field of intellectual property.

The Minister of Justice  M.B.Beketayev, Vice-Minister of Justice N.V. Pan, members of the interdepartmental commission - representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan,MNE RK, MF RK, ARKCSAC, JSC "NIT",NJSC "Government for Citizens",the party "Nur Otan", JSC "NIKH" Zerde ",Public Foundation "Center for Research" SANDJ ", «Center for Monitoring and Expertise of the Market» on the basis of A.K. Zhumagaliyeva at the meeting of the IMC on July 5, 2018.

During the meeting, the members of the IMC were acquainted with business processes in the provision of public services in the field of intellectual property,expert activity of RSE "NIIS" and indicators on submitted applications and issued protection documents for intellectual property.

Along with this, the members of the IMC were demonstrated expert units of RSE "NIIS" and a contact center for work with the customers.

Following the results of the meeting, the Ministry of Justice was given instructions in cooperation with RSE "NIIS" and other interested state authorities,organizations to work out the issues of further optimization of public services in this area and increase the effectiveness of protection of intellectual property rights for IT solutions
