In NKR conducted a master class on mediation

The Department of Justice of the North-Kazakhstan region jointly with the Notary Chamber of the region organized a master class among notaries of the region on the topic «On the role of mediation in notarial activities» with the invitation of the mediator trainer, the international mediator of the CIS Economic Court, the President of the NGO "International Human Rights Center",Director General of the Association of Mediators of Kazakhstan, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization Zhakupova Zh.A.

During the meeting,examined the issues on the basics of conflictology, ways of resolving conflicts, rules for conducting mediation procedures, mediator tools, as well as ethical norms in mediation.

Notaries were offered practical tasks, during which everyone was able to apply their knowledge and to be in the role of a mediator.
