The regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Legislative Activity was held

On September 19 this year under the chairmanship of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Beketayev and with the participation of government agencies, the non-governmental sector and the business community was held the next meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on legislative activity.

The following draft laws were considered:

1.«On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of lotteries and services of lotteries» (Rapporteur - Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ualiev Kuatzhan Serikkazievich);

2.«Legalization of proceeds from criminal way to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (leakage) and on amendments and additions to the anti-terrorism financing measures» (the speaker - executive secretary of the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baurzhan Tortayev);

3.«On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of improvement of criminal and criminal procedure legislation» (rapporteur - Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Muratovich Akhmetzhanov);

4. «On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on labor issues»(Reporter - Deputy Minister of Labor and Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakipova Svetlana Kabykenovna );

5.The Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and "On Amendments and Supplements to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Issues of Ecology" (speaker - Vice Minister of Energy Nurlybai Sabit Nurlybayevich)
