A seminar was held with the participation of students and teachers of the University «KAZGUU»
September 27, 2018 at the University «KAZGUU» named after M. Narikbayev by the staff of the Department for the Explanatory Work and rendering legal services to the population under the chairmanship of the Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the City of Astana Turlykhanovoy G.B.,a seminar was organized with the participation of students and university professors.
During the event, the current innovations of the Law were explained,and the procedure for joining the Bar Association of Astana City.
Students and teachers showed great interest regarding the application of the above-mentioned stories in the practice of providing qualified legal assistance by lawyers.
After the presentation of the report, students and teachers were asked questions about the abolition of admission fees., abolition of law orders,review of the mechanism for administrative liability,the introduction of insurance compensation in the case of provision of poor-quality legal assistance to citizens, self-regulation of legal advisers and the implementation of the E-Bar system.
As a result of the event, an agreement was reached on further interaction of the University students of «KAZGUU» named after M.Narikbayev and employees of the Department of Justice of the city of Astana.Most of the students expressed a desire to have an internship in the judiciary.
