Conducted a general meeting of notaries

On October 3 of this year, an extraordinary general meeting of members of the notarial chamber of the South Kazakhstan region was held.

The agenda addressed the following issues.:

From the South Kazakhstan Region Notary Chamber select the Shymkent City Notary Chamber with the establishment of its rules and conditions;

Preparation of a new version of the Charters of the Turkestan regional and Shymkent city notarial chambers;

Making a proposal on members of the management and Chairs of the Notary Chambers of the Turkestan Region and of the Shymkent city.

Specialists from the Department of Justice of the City of Shymkent participated in the meeting and made their proposals on the issues under consideration..
