On October 9, 2018, the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region held a discussion of the annual Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2018 «Growth of well-being of Kazakhstan people: increase of income and quality of life»,with the participation of members of the KOF RPO "Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers" and representatives of the scientific community.The Head of the Department M.Tulepov outlined six key tasks of the new Epistles in the speech and explained their main provisions.At the end of the event, it was noted that the achievement of the tasks set by the Head of State is important for the coordinated work of both the state apparatus and citizens of the republic..
