On November 9, 2022 the Interdepartmental Working Group held meeting on the consideration of requests and views of human rights treaty bodies, whose competence has been recognized by the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the IWG) under the chairmanship of the Vice-Minister of Justice A. Akhmetova.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Information and Social Development and Justice.
During the meeting of the IWG, the requests and views of the UN Human Rights Committee regarding S. Glushkova № 4155/2022,
А. Tsukanov № 2676/2015, S. Kurakbaev and R. Sabdikenova
№ 2509/2014 were considered.
Final review will be announced by November 18, 2022, on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
