On September 13, 2022 the Interdepartmental Working Group held meeting on the consideration of requests and views of human rights treaty bodies, whose competence has been recognized by the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the IWG) under the chairmanship of the Vice-Minister of Justice A. Akhmetova.
During the meeting of the IWG, the requests and views of the UN Human Rights Committee regarding Z. Kenzhegulov № 2549/2015, Z. Sekerbayeva
№ 2550/2015, G. Arkhangelskiy № 2538/2015, , B.Albani
№ 2539/2015, R.Dzhumanbaev № 2544/2015, V.Samyko № 3180/2018were considered.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Final review will be announced by September 20, 2022, on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
