Personal reception by the Minister is carried out after the preliminary reception of citizens by the head of the relevant territorial subdivision or structural subdivision and by one of the Vice Ministers, or the Head of Staff.
Personal reception by the Vice Minister is carried out after the preliminary reception of citizens by the head of the relevant territorial subdivision or structural subdivision.
Appointment of citizens for a personal reception with the Minister, Vice Ministers or the Head of Staff is terminated five working days before the date of the personal appointment indicated in the schedule.
