objects of state audit

of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022
In accordance with subparagraph 1) Paragraph 1 of Article 17, Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015 "On State Audit and Financial Control", guided by paragraphs 12, 15 of the Rules for Conducting Internal State Audit and Financial Control by Internal Audit Services approved by Order No. 392 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2018, I ORDER:
1. To approve the attached List of objects of state audit of the Internal Audit Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022 (hereinafter - the List).
2. The Internal Audit Department should ensure timely and high-quality execution of the List.
- To assign control over the execution of this order to the head of the Internal Audit Department.
- This order comes into force from the date of its signing.
