About modification of the order of the MJ of RK of January 28, 2016 No. 47 "About the approval of Rules of providing by the State Corporation "Government for citizens" of statistical and other reporting information of pledge of movable property»
ORDER:
1. To make the following change in the order of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2016 № 47 "On approval of the Rules of providing the State Corporation "Government for citizens" statistical and other reporting information of pledge of movable property" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for № 13043, published on February 17, 2016 in the information and legal system "Adilet") :
Rules of providing by the State Corporation "the Government for citizens" statistical and other reporting information of pledge of movable property approved by the specified order to state in new edition according to Appendix to this order.
2. To provide to Department of registration service and the organization of legal services of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan sending it in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of legislation and legal information" of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. Control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the supervising Deputy Minister of justice of The Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall enter into force upon expiry of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
