A notary must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of twenty-five years of age with higher legal education, length of service on legal specialty at least two years, held an internship at a notary for a period of not less than one year, the certification of the certification Commission of justice and received a license to engage in notarial activities, unless otherwise stipulated by the Law "On notary".
