The International Bar Association's Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI) has sent a letter to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev regarding the implementation of the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Procedure for organizing and Holding Peaceful Assemblies in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the "Law").
Per intruction of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for International Cooperation E. Kazykhan the Ministry of Juctice has prepared a responce to this letter and sent it to the author.
