Reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities is held in the reception of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, office number 925, contact numbers 74-07-97, 55-87-08.
Personal reception of the Minister is carried out after a preliminary reception of citizens by the head of the relevant territorial unit or structural unit and one of the Deputy Ministers, or the Executive Secretary.
Personal reception of the Deputy Minister is carried out after the preliminary reception of citizens by the head of the relevant territorial unit or structural unit.
The registration of citizens for a personal appointment with the Minister, his deputies or the Responsible Secretary stops five working days before the date of the personal reception, in accordance with the schedule.
