In accordance with the List of Objects of State Audit of the Department for 2021, approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 789 dated December 28, 2020, in the first half of the year, an internal state audit was conducted in the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region and the Department of Justice of the Pavlodar region. The total amount of funds covered by audit activities amounted to KZT 3,416,293.4 thousand tenge.
According to the results of the audit, violations were revealed for the total amount 108 384.9 thousand tenge, including the amount subject to reimbursement of 1317.8 thousand tenge and restoration of 741.8 thousand tenge. Of these, financial violations for the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region in the amount of 97.6 thousand tenge were reimbursed and restored in full, for the Department of Justice of the Pavlodar region - 1922.0 thousand tenge, the deadline for execution in the 3rd quarter of this year.
Based on the results of the audit activities, the audit objects were sent reports on the results of the internal audit and decisions containing conclusions and recommendations for improving the efficiency of management and the use of allocated budget funds and state assets.
Further work aimed at improving the internal processes of the state authority, as well as the activities of the Department, will be continued.
