The Department of examination of projects of international economic integration
The Department of expertise of projects on international economic integration (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Ministry).
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department consists of three departments:
1) Department of expertise of projects in the sphere of economy, Finance and trade;
2) Department of expertise of projects in the field of industry, agriculture and technical regulation;
3) Department of expertise of projects in the field of competition, Antimonopoly and customs regulation.
