Strategic planning Department
The Department of strategic planning (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry).
The Department in its activity is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on justice bodies", other laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry in coordination with the Minister in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department consists of:
1) strategic planning Department;
2) of the Department of coordination and analysis;
3) public relations Department (press service).
