Department of registration of normative legal acts
The Department of registration of normative legal acts (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry).
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department consists of the following four Offices:
1) management of analytical work and control of normative legal acts;
2) Department of registration of normative legal acts in the field of defense, law and security;
3) Department of registration of normative legal acts in the sphere of economy;
4) Department of registration of normative legal acts on the social sphere.
