Department of bylaws
The Department of by-laws is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Department).
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Ministry) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department consists of:
1) the Department for the examination of by-laws on defense, law and order and environmental protection;
2) Department of examination of by-laws on social and economic issues;
3) Department of examination of by-laws on industry and agro-industrial complex;
4) Department of examination of by-laws on transport, infrastructure and telecommunications;
5) the Department of analysis and coordination of monitoring activities of bylaws.
