Department for organization of expert activities
The Department for the organization of expert activities (hereinafter – the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Ministry).
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry (hereinafter-the Executive Secretary) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
