Department for execution of judicial acts
The Department for execution of judicial acts (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Ministry).
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry (hereinafter-the Executive Secretary) in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department consists of:
1) Management on control and the organization of activity of the state bailiffs;
2) Management on control, the organization and licensing of activity of private bailiffs;
3) management of analytical work and legal support;
4) Management on control, automation and maintenance of information system of Executive production.
