Regulations on the Department of monitoring of public services and internal administration
The Department of monitoring of public services and internal administration (hereinafter-the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Ministry).
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department consists of:
1) public services monitoring Department;
2) Management of monitoring of Executive discipline;
3) documentation Management;
4) the Department for the development of the state language.
