Regulations on the personnel Department

The personnel service Department (hereinafter-the Department) in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 "on public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.

The Department consists of:

1) human resources Management;

2) The office of ethics control of civil servants;

3) Management of evaluation and monitoring of civil servants.

 Main tasks, functions, rights and duties of the Department

The task of the Department: the formation of an integrated system of personnel management of the Ministry of justice.

Functions:

• implementation of the unified state policy in the field of public service in the system of justice;
• ensuring the proper implementation of the provisions of legislation in the field of labor and public service in the Ministry's staff;
• formation of personnel and organization of competitive selection;
• monitoring of staff, actual number of civil servants of the Central office of the Ministry of justice and its territorial bodies of justice, as well as maintaining personnel records, including through the information system of personnel management "e-kyzmet".

The task of the Department: ensuring the passage of the state

services within a holistic system.
