Confiscation of property of offenders
As part of the enforcement proceedings on the confiscation of the property of offenders, the head of the branch "Interdistrict Territorial Department for the Execution of Judicial Acts No. 3" Ardak Urazmbetova transferred the instruments of a criminal offense to the Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a car of the brand "Vaz-2110".
On February 3, 2023, the confiscated property of the offender was turned into state income.
