The Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region held a round table on the topic "Problematic issues arising in the execution of executive documents". The round table was attended by representatives of the courts of the North Kazakhstan region, the Prosecutor's Office of the region, the Chamber of Civil Defense and bailiffs. At the event, problematic issues arising during the execution of executive documents were considered, a report was heard on the procedure for sending materials to the court to be authorized by the court.
