Сongratulatіоn on the holiday of Nauryz
Dear North Kazakhstan residents!
I congratulate you on the holiday of Nauryz!
Nauryz has a special place for the Kazakh people. This is a celebration of spring, renewal of nature, harmony, light and goodness! From time immemorial we have been celebrating Nauryz and thanks to independence we have revived our holiday. If in the old days during Nauryz inter-tribal strife, bloody wars, disputes stopped, mutual grievances were forgiven, Nauryz acquires a new meaning in modern Kazakh society. Today Nauryz is a symbol of unity for all the people of Kazakhstan.
I wish you all good health, family well-being and good luck in all your endeavors!
May Nauryz bring peace, tranquility and prosperity to every home!
With best wishes: Head of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region Aidos Toguzbaye
