Attestation of persons applying to engage in the activities of a private bailiff
The Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region on 03.03.2022 carried out the certification of persons applying to engage in the activities of a private bailiff. Certification is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the provision of public services "Certification of persons applying to engage in the activities of a private bailiff", approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 29, 2020 No. 69 "On approval of the rules for the provision of public services on enforcement proceedings".
The certification was carried out in two stages: testing for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of enforcement proceedings; knowledge verification in the form of an oral interview.
According to the results of the certification carried out by the applicant, the certification was successfully completed.
