Оnline seminar

On December 29, 2021, the Administrative and Legal Department of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region held an online seminar on the topic: "Studying the results of sociological studies of the level of satisfaction of citizens with the quality of public services in the North Kazakhstan region". During the seminar, the participants studied the recommendations of the Interdepartmental Working Group on improving the procedures for the provision of public services, including their simplification, optimization, automation of business processes for their provision and classification, as well as the results of public monitoring.
