On November 23, 2021, consultations for citizens on legal issues were held by the head of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region, Aidos Toguzbayev, with the participation of the NGO "Association of Deputies of Maslikhats of Kazakhstan" Yerlan Tokshalyk, as well as lawyers of the region.
