The existing KSK (cooperatives of apartment owners) should be replaced by OSI (association of apartment owners) or PT (simple partnerships).

This is an alternative to the KSK, in which the owners themselves monitor and are responsible for their housing.
On the basis of which, the Department of Methodological Support and Control in the field of registration Service of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region developed brochures on new organizational and legal forms such as OSI and PT.
