On registration of legal entities:
-state registration of non-commercial legal entities-242
(commercial-31);
-registration of branches and representative offices-22 (commercial-56);
-state re-registration of non-commercial legal entities-33

(commercial-16);
-liquidation of non-commercial legal entities, branches and
representative offices-48 (commercial-214);
-amendments and additions to the constituent documents of non-commercial
legal entities-120 (commercial-17).
-According to the notification procedure of non-commercial legal entities -349 (commercial-1955).
50230 civil status acts were registered, of which:
* Birth registration – 34358 ;
* Death registration – 7476 ;
* Registration of marriage - 7253 ;
* Registration of divorce – 678 ;
* Registration of the change of surname, first name and patronymic – 465 .
5194 applications were received for apostille affixing of official documents originating from the judicial authorities and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as notaries.
Of these, 5015 documents were apostilled: issued from the bodies of the RAGS 707, notaries 4207, other bodies 41, in electronic form 270. The state duty is: 7313824 tenge.
Also, 23 official documents were received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On registration of real estate:
NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the city of Shymkent provided a total of 116,149 public services for the registration of rights to real estate, of which through the AIS PSC-65571, through the YENIS-49122.
Refusal of registration and termination of the registration period:
On registration of legal entities: In 2021, 12 months in the registration of non-commercial legal entities in total-106 refusals and 38 suspensions of registration terms (of which in electronic form-0).
There were 246 refusals to register commercial legal entities and 291 to suspend deadlines (63 of them in electronic form).
Upon affixing the apostille stamp on official documents, -9 was returned, 5 was refused.
On registration of real estate: In total, according to reviews without registration: 756, of which-309 through the PSC, through the YENIS-447, refusals -777:
Applications through the e-government portal :
2,916 commercial legal entities of small and medium-sized businesses have been registered through the E-Government web portal, of which 131 have been re-registered and 93 have been liquidated.
Administrative offense:
In 2021, 12 months during the registration of legal entities under Article 466 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", 9 (1) cases of administrative offenses were initiated, as a result, preventive measures were applied.
Legal propaganda:
15 seminars were held, 1 round table, 9 articles were published, 6 radio 2 live broadcasts were held, 17 publications on the website.
