Destruction of counterfeit products

   On February 13, 2025, the Intellectual Property Rights Department of the Kostanay Region Department of Justice, together with the branch of the Interdistrict Territorial Enforcement Department of Kostanay, destroyed counterfeit products under the SKF trademark, namely bearings in the amount of 239 units.

   Counterfeit products were seized as a result of an inspection at the request of AktiebolagetSKF. By the resolutions of the specialized court for Administrative offenses of Kostanay, the entrepreneur was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 158 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and fined 77,532 tenge.
