A meeting was held with the territorial enforcement departments in an online format

   On January 30, 2025, the Department of Regulation and Control over the activities of bailiffs held a meeting with the territorial enforcement departments in an online format.

   During the event, the head of the department, S.Zh. Alshimbayeva, brought to the attention of the staff an analysis on the practice of applying monetary penalties by courts in administrative cases for 2023 and the 1st half of 2024, conducted by the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received through the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

   It is also indicated that there is a need for timely transfer of funds from the CSN, for compliance with deadlines, and the collection of an enforcement sanction.
