Reception of citizens

   On October 1, 2024, the head of the Department of Justice of Kostanay region, Aliya Amanzhulova, hosted a reception of older citizens in honor of the "International Day of the Elderly".
   The Day of the Elderly is a symbol of special respect and recognition of the merits of the elderly to the state and society.
   All the citizens who applied were given explanations in accordance with the current legislation.
   Personal techniques make it possible to significantly strengthen feedback within the framework of the concept of a "hearing" state and respond to citizens' requests in a timely manner.
