Round table

April 27 , 2022 The Department of Justice of Kostanay region together with the Regional Chamber "Atameken" held a "round table" on the topic "Legal protection and protection of intellectual property objects".

The event was attended by entrepreneurs of the region, territorial branches of the Chamber, as well as Patent attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan Slobodyanyuk G.A.

During the round table, the issues of trademark registration as a way to combat unfair competition, parallel imports, the regional principle of exhaustion of rights and the customs register of intellectual property objects were highlighted.
