Certification of officials of Kostanay region

On April 30, 2021, the next certification of officials of the akims ' offices of the Kostanay region authorized to perform notarial actions was held.
Prior to the certification, officials were given a seminar to explain the current legislation, in particular on the rates of state duty, the procedure and timing of notarial actions, as well as the rules of notarial business production were explained in detail.
According to the results of the certification of 47 officials of the akimats of rural districts, 39 officials received a positive conclusion of the certification commission.
