About holding a seminar on the topic: "Problematic issues of receiving and registering appeals from individuals and legal entities»

Employees of the Department of Justice took part in a seminar-meeting through the ZOOM program on the topic "Problematic issues of receiving and registering appeals from individuals and legal entities". The seminar was conducted by the senior prosecutor of the Department of the Committee for Kostanay region, G. M. Kusainova.

During the entire seminar, G. M. Kusainova was given explanations on the following issues: a request to terminate consideration of an appeal, registration of a repeated appeal, registration of a duplicate appeal, the terms of consideration of appeals, exclusion of violations when redirecting appeals to other state bodies, as well as compliance with the law when extending the terms of consideration of appeals. The constructive nature of the event allowed the seminar to be held at a high level. The questions of the specialists present were discussed.

At the end of the seminar, answers were given to the questions of interest.
