Seminar on registration of legal entities and registration of real estate

December 04, 2020 acting The head of the Aulikol interdistrict justice department with the participation of employees of the department of the Auliekol region for serving the population of the branch of the NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Kostanay region held a seminar on registration of legal entities and registration of real estate.

During the event, issues were discussed regarding an increase in the number of requests from service recipients for state registration, re-registration, termination of a legal entity through an electronic government portal, as well as amendments made by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Strengthening protection of property rights, arbitration, optimization of judicial burden and further humanization of criminal legislation ”and“ On state registration of rights to real estate ”.

During the seminar, questions were asked, to which comprehensive answers were provided.
