Reception of citizens

On June 3, 2025, the head of the Justice Department of Kostanay region, Aliya Amanzhulova, held a personal reception for citizens at the Reception Center at the Akimat of Kostanay region.
All citizens who applied were given explanations in accordance with the current legislation.
Personal receptions make it possible to significantly strengthen feedback from the population within the framework of the concept of a "listening" state and respond to citizens' requests in a timely manner.
