A lawyer is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has a higher legal education, has received a license to practice law, is a member of the bar Association and provides legal assistance on a professional basis within the framework of legal activities regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on advocacy and legal assistance".
