In accordance with article 27 of the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs", participants in enforcement proceedings are informed about enforcement actions and enforcement measures by notification.
At the same time, a notice or summons may be sent by bailiffs via text messages to a cellular subscriber number or e-mail, the state automated information system of enforcement proceedings, as well as using other means of communication that ensure the recording of the notice or call.
In this regard, in case of receiving such a message from the bailiff, it is necessary to appear to the bailiff in whose execution the initiated enforcement proceedings are being conducted.
