The best rural akim was chosen in the Abai region for the first time

Under the auspices of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the republic, a competition "Uzdik auyl akimi" is held by presenting its design works for the development of a rural district for 3 years and informing about the indicators of socio-economic development of its administrative territory.

The purpose of this competition is to identify and encourage the best rural akims who have achieved high practical results in their work, making a significant contribution to the development of the village.

According to the results of the competitive selection by the Regional Commission, the akim of the Malkeldinsky rural district of the Ayagoz district Isakhanov Maksat Gylymbekovich (akim since January 2020), representing the Abai region at the Republican level, was recognized as the best.

Biography: Maksat Gylymbekovich was born in 1988 in the village of Barshatas, Chubartau district, the former Semipalatinsk region. He has a higher education in the specialty "jurisprudence" of Semipalatinsk State University.Shakarima. He is married and has four children.

He began his career as an inspector of the Public Service Center in Ayagoz. In public service, he began with the chief specialist of the akim's office of the Malkeldinsky rural district (since 2017), before that, from 2013 to 2015, he worked in this akim's office as a clerk.

This project is being implemented as part of the roadmap for 2022-2024 for the transition of the Rukhani Zhangyru program to the stage of national modernization.
