It is not the first year that citizens have been complaining about the lack of routes, the work of drivers and conductors. The inconvenience of the families is caused by the payment of travel. If in some buses you have to pay for travel in cash, then in others you have to pay with a transport card. The head of the region visited the fleet, where he got acquainted with the work of validators.
The governor of the region appreciated the innovations, but noted the inconvenient bus schedule for residents.
"Due to the fact that buses do not run late, some establishments close ahead of time. And these are not restaurants or anything like that, these are children's and city parks. I went to the park, at 19.30 in the summer it is closed. I asked why - because people can't leave," Nurlan Urankhayev said.
