Results of the trip of the working group of the Abai region to East Kazakhstan region

After the meeting of akims of the East Kazakhstan region D. Akhmetov and the Abai region N. Urankhayev, the created working group of the Abai region went to the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
During the meeting of the first deputy akims and heads of branch departments, the main issues on the division of budgets and communal property of the regions were discussed.
Regional administrations have analyzed in detail the current situation in each industry, joint actions have been planned to ensure the smooth operation of institutions during the transition period.
Special attention is paid to the problematic issues of financing the education sector. A joint visit of the heads and specialists of the departments of the two regions to the Ministry of Education was organized to study the issue of additional funding.
Also, industry experts discussed issues of holding joint public hearings and optimizing work to improve the environmental situation.
After the final approval of the budget parameters, the signing of the separation budget and the phased holding of sessions of regional maslikhats on the approval of regional budgets are scheduled from August 1.
Following the negotiations with the SEC "Ertis", the issue of the creation of the SEC of the Abai region was discussed in detail and an agreement was reached on the transfer of assets from the SEC "Ertis" to the SEC of the Abai region.
In addition, an agreement was reached on the additional shipment of 20 tons of sugar to the Adal trading network in Semey. In August, it is planned to send 6 wagons (360 tons) of sugar to Semey additionally through the SEC "Ertis".
