Over 455 thousand m2 of housing is being built in the regional center - Semey, Abay region. We are talking about multi-apartment, credit, rental and commercial houses, residential housing at the expense of all sources of financing.
It is expected that almost 270 thousand m2 of housing will be commissioned in 2022. 2,320 apartments with an increase of 103.5% compared to last year's volume.
