Akim of the region Abai met with residents of houses at the address Melkombinat, 3, 4, 10, 11. Residents asked to solve problems with heating.
"We are not connected to central heating. I would really like to resolve this issue. We used to have heating and hot water, but as soon as the flour mill "threw us away", we became useless to anyone and were left without anything. We heat the stoves ourselves, and so we barely walk, so we also have to carry the same firewood to the second floor. The houses themselves are wooden, a fire can happen at any moment. Recently, a fire has already occurred in one of the houses," residents complain.
"We went with the mayor of the city, work in this direction is underway, the estimated documentation is ready. I believe that the situation will improve. Understand that changes cannot happen in a second, we will solve it step by step. We will try to start and finish the work this year. The most important thing is to solve the issue of heating," Nurlan Urankhayev assured residents.
The head of the region instructed the responsible authorities to take control of the execution of works.
