On approval of the Rules of trapping, temporary detention and killing of animals in the Abai region 

In accordance with subparagraph 1) paragraph 1 of Article 407-2 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", paragraph 2-2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and subparagraph 2) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On responsible treatment of Animals", the maslikhat of the Abai region DECIDED:

  1. To approve the attached Rules of trapping, temporary detention and killing of animals in the Abai region.
  2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
