On approval of the Rules for keeping and walking pets in the Abay region

In accordance with subparagraph 4) paragraph 1 of Article 407-2 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", paragraph 2-2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and subparagraph 1) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On responsible treatment of Animals", maslikhat of the Abai region DECIDED:

  1. Approve the attached Rules for keeping and walking pets in the Abai region.
  2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
